Graphic Designer-Fully Remote
Job Description
GRAPHEK is looking for a highly creative graphic designer with 3+ years of experience at a design agency. This fully remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can conceptualize and bring creative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative, and custom design solutions
- Handle a wide range of projects (branding, publications, magazines, websites, and motion graphics)
- Concept sketches before jumping on the computer
- Articulate visual communication solutions and execute designs successfully
- Ability to take designs from conception, layout, final art to file setup
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure design solutions are current and relevant
- Collaborate and strategize with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters
- Confident in leading projects, as needed
- Solid understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them
- Make presentations and help maintain a healthy relationship with clients
- Attend networking event(s) and conference(s) to help promote GRAPHEK
- Contribute to GRAPHEK’s social media posts

Requirements
- A passionate, smart, and conceptual designer with a marketing angle
- Professionally invested in client outcomes
- Be adaptable as priorities shift
- Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Motion graphics & animation experience
- Front-end website design experience
- Experience with Asana, Slack, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Professional and possess exceptional work ethics and customer service
- Good business acumen and ethics
- Self-motivated and driven to manage and prioritize projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent with layout and typography
- Critical thinker who can solve problems as they arise
- Effective communicator and writer
- Stays current and connected with the design industry
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Experienced with at least 3+ years in a design environment
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design
